Located at 672 Neeb Rd #2, Cincinnati, OH 45233, Cincinnati Bright Smiles operates as a dentist serving Cincinnati in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Cincinnati, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Ohio, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
Hours are published for 4 days a week. Typical hours are 8 amβ5 pm. It is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (513) 451-5399. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is cincibrightsmiles.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 171 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded dentists in Cincinnati.

I need a lot of work done on my teeth. Dr. Patel was very kind and compassionate in explaining the priority we needed to do the work in and she kept asking if I had any questions. I was very relaxed the whole time and feel confident she will fix my teeth perfectly. The whole staff was great!

Dental hygienist was great Front desk efficient Dentist barely came into view without turning my head to see her over my shoulder. I saw hands above my face for few seconds and was pronounced done and to see her again in six months. Granted the hygienist saw nothing of concern but I hardly felt examined. New dentist is better than Tsivitse but not by much. At least step around so the patient can see your face and say hello and then tell him what you saw and not be in such a hurry.

In my recent visit, Bright Smileβs missed the goal of patient care, freedom of choice of treatment and good care of patient. Forcing patients into unwanted treatment is not healthcare. Developing a doctor patient relationship of trust, care and concern is good for both patient and doctor and enables a thriving practice. When I walked into the office and decline preventative dental x-rays due to an extensive family history of cancer, I was told I would not be seen if I declined the x-rays as the doctors license was more important than my health. I was also told that as medical professionals they would not be allowed to do anything that would threaten my health. This was shocking given what we have experienced in Covid. I was also told that as educated college professionals, they knew what they were doing. But it is practice, not college that develops skill and expertise. Sadly, I felt unseen, unheard, dismissed, intimidated, and inconvenienced. It was their way or the highway, unlike our previous good dentist. I hope this is a learning curve for them, and they will become an asset rather than a detriment to the neighborhood and their patients.

I had an appointment this morning, and my anxiety got the best of me and I had a panic attack in the chair!! My hygienist was so wonderful and patient and helped me through it. Then the new dentist came is and he was equally wonderful!!! He made me feel calm and he let me know that he would do whatever he can to help me feel better about coming to see him. I feel much better about returning!!! The office has changed a lot in the past few months, itβs more relaxed and a lot more smiling from the staff!!! My family and I are happy with the new docs!!!

Iβm very pleased with the care everyone in this office shows at every visit. The hygienists are thorough but very gentle. At my last appointment I saw Dr. Patel because the dentist I had seen previously has retired. Iβm very happy with my experience and will continue using Dr. Patel and Bright Smiles for my future dental care.
